GET CostCodes/Find?Label={Label}&Description={Description}&SearchOperator={SearchOperator}

Finds all CostCodes matching specified criteria.
Currently available querystring parameters:
Label
Use SearchOperator=0 to specify an AND query or SearchOperator=1 for an OR query
